On 24th of February 2014 at 3.00 pm, ASEANAPOL Secretariat received a courtesy visit from Ms. Jacinta Gould, the Deputy High Commissioner, New Zealand High Commission in Malaysia accompanied by Supt. Neil Banks, New Zealand contact person for ASEANAPOL Secretariat.
They were received by ASEANAPOL Secretariat Executive Director Pengiran Dato Paduka Hj. Abd Wahab b. Pengiran Hj Omar, Director for Police Services ACP Mohammad Anil Shah b Abdullah and Director For Plans & Programme Supt. Reinhard Hutagaol. After a short tour to the Secretariat office, they were later ushered to the meeting room.
After a brief introduction, ACP Mohammad Anil Shah b. Abdullah gave a presentation on the roles & function of the ASEANAPOL Secretariat. During the 1 hour meeting, discussion were made about the posibilitiy of a capacity building initiatives between New Zealand and ASEANAPOL member countries.
The courtesy call ended with a presentation mementos from the Executive Director to Ms. Jacinta Gould.
