SUNBIRD II PRE-OPERATIONAL WORKSHOP, PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA. 19-20 NOVEMBER 2015

ASEANAPOL represented by ASEANAPOL Secretariat's Director for Police Services, ACP Mohamad Anil Shah participated at the SUNBIRD ll Pre- Operational Workshop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 19-20 November 2015. ACP Mohamad Anil Shah co-chaired the workshop alongside Mr. Davuth LY, Head of Regional Bureau, INTERPOL LOBANG.
The Workshop focused on the Operational Plans for SUNBIRD ll. This capacity building project on Counter-Terrorism is funded by the Canadian Government. Multiagency participants from ASEAN Member Countries except Brunei and Singapore were present at this workshop coordinated by INTERPOL.
ACP Mohamad Anil Shah also provided a presentation on the Role of ASEANAPOL & Closing Remarks as well as co-officiating the Closing Ceremony and Delivery of Certificates to participants of the INTERPOL Counter-Terrorism Investigative Skills Training.
