On March 11, 2025, the ASEANAPOL Secretariat, led by Director for Police Services, Police Senior Superintendent Huntal Tambunan, under the supervision of Executive Director David Martinez Vinluan, welcomed Mr. Gregory Watson, Regional Sales Director of Siren Powering Investigations, New Zealand, to its headquarters. Mr. John Randles, also representing Siren, joined the meeting virtually via Zoom to provide an overview of Siren’s investigative solutions.

Siren is an all-in-one investigative platform designed to enhance security by safeguarding people, assets, and networks. Leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced search capabilities, it integrates data from open sources, vendors, and classified databases to help investigators detect and analyze risks, threats, and crimes. The platform serves key sectors, including national security, public safety, fraud prevention, compliance, and cybersecurity. Siren’s patented search-based technology offers intuitive tools for analysts, enabling efficient search, analytics, visualization, and reporting at an enterprise scale.

During the presentation, Mr. Randles emphasized Siren’s flexibility in uncovering previously inaccessible intelligence by connecting disparate data sources and linking records within internal systems. He highlighted that the platform’s patented technology provides a modern search experience, making complex intelligence queries accessible to all users. Additionally, he noted that Siren is now available on mobile devices, further enhancing accessibility and operational efficiency.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to explore solutions for data-driven law enforcement challenges, given that Siren was developed through advanced data science research. Director for Police Services commended Siren for its insightful briefing and acknowledged its expertise in addressing data-related complexities. The session concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing keen interest in future collaboration, particularly in investigative solutions for fraud detection, intelligence analysis, and policing, as well as applications in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and enterprise search.
