On November 4 to 7, 2024, during the 92nd INTERPOL General Assembly in Glasgow, Scotland, the ASEANAPOL Secretariat, led by Executive Director Police Colonel David Martinez Vinluan and Police Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Ngoc, Director for Plans and Programmes, met with Police Delegations from ASEANAPOL Member Countries, DPs and OBs as well as former United Nations staff members who also attended the 92nd INTERPOL General Assembly.
The ASEANAPOL Secretariat is highly commended for its proactive initiative in meeting with the AMC delegations. This commendable gesture underscores the Secretariat's unwavering dedication to strengthening ties and fostering collaboration among ASEAN member countries, particularly in a global forum of this magnitude. By engaging directly with AMC delegations, the Secretariat not only reaffirmed its commitment to regional unity but also demonstrated its leadership in aligning ASEANAPOL's objectives with global law enforcement strategies.
